My Pilates class was seriously awesome, because even though I feel sore all over today, I feel sore and flexible. This is totally novel to me. Normally when I get sore, I feel sore and compacted and tight: I’m less flexible and mobile than usual, and the soreness makes me feel like I can’t do anything. Today, I feel stretched out — taller, leaner, longer than yesterday — and there is ease and flexibility in all of my joints, even as I feel sore in every muscle. Very weird, but nice!

I’m so glad I’ve already scheduled another session for next Saturday. And Erik’s going to have one too! 😀
