This is the most delightful collection of video clips! Well-known personalities, both in food and not, talk about one thing you can eat. There’s Alice Waters on beans, Eric Schlosser on apples, Mark Morris on garlic, Michael Pollan on potatoes… I haven’t looked through them all yet but so far I think if you watch one it should be Jacques Pepin on butter.
