i’m in the library right now, in my favorite section: the rosberg room. most berkeley students probably have never heard of the rosberg room and don’t know where it is, which is why i like it. it has become my favorite study room in the library; when prepping for my history midterms and finals last semester i always parked myself in here for hours on end. and since practically no one knows about the room, the computers are nearly always free, too, so i can take an email/aim break from studying whenever i want.
anyway, my day is going well so far. i like the way i look in what i’m wearing (it’s new) and i had enough time this morning to do everything i wanted, without skipping too much sleep, and i even got to class a little early and chatted and laughed with my classmates (who are interesting people).
french was very entertaining today. shane (my instructor) is normally a funny guy, but today everything was just really hilarious. i’d share, but i think most of the funny things were of the you-had-to-be-there type. plus i don’t know how to make accents on this computer.
cindy was going to come visit berkeley today. i don’t know if she is, though. i hope so.
