LISA and ERIK are in the KITCHEN. Lisa pulls a box of breaded FISH fillets from the FREEZER.

LISA: Hey! Look what kind of fish this is!
ERIK (reading box): It’s hoki!
LISA: I didn’t know there was a kind of fish called hoki!
ERIK: You know what you could make with this kind of fish?
LISA: What?
ERIK: Hoki poke!

I had real thoughts today too, but they can’t top the hoki poki.
