After looking through someone else’s awesome photos on Flickr, I’ve decided to give it a try. I’ve uploaded our engagement party photos again. Here’s the old album, and here’s the Flickr album: [link disabled]
Flickr is cool because you can view the photos at different sizes, embed clickable “notes” within the images, leave comments, and view as slideshow. Oh, and you can set tags for photos, which is awesome because then you can search for them… like if you’re in a lot of my photos, you can search by your name and find all the ones you’re in! But the way I like to organize my photos, I’m going to have to manually reorder the photos within each album, which is incredibly annoying. Still, the aforementioned features may make up for it…
Anyway, I only have time to upload one album right now, but I’ll try future photos in Flickr if we all decide we like it.

Thanks for your comments…they always cheer me up:) I’m glad you had a good time at the engagement party…Jackie is really good at baking it seems…viewing your photos on Flickr is nice because the slide show functions is pretty smooth…and the pictures are presented in a good resolution…so yeah, it seems fine to me:) I hope your studies are going well…you can do it! Yes, Jackie’s an excellent baker. 🙂 I’m glad you like Flickr’s format. I think I’ll be sticking with it for a while.

I like it because I can use it to blog photos, since I can’t access berkeley’s webdisk anymore. Mmm all the food and cakes look delicious.

Yis I’m very excited about using it. 🙂 I like that people can comment–I didn’t have that with my other album creator.
