Eet eet

I eat so much when I get exercise. Yesterday I went to an hour and fifteen minute yoga class with Martin, besides dance, and afterward Jennifer and I had dinner together (she’d come to yoga with me). Almost as soon as I stepped into her apartment I had a yogurt, a banana, and an entire can of tuna (which I’d been craving, I think because I’m low on protein-y foods in my own apartment). This was all before our actual dinner, which I then proceeded to eat, followed by vin santo and some really amazing biscotti.

I’ve been eating a lot of vegetables, though, too–lots of good roughage. I spent hours on Tuesday washing and cutting all my vegetables, so now all I have to do is stick my hand in the storage bag and take out a big handful of broccoli. The washing and cutting wasn’t fun, but being able to eat a lot of vegetables with no work at all is very rewarding.

currently eating: dinner, which is noodles stir-fried with broccoli and a half egg left over from baking rum raisin bars, green onions, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. My favorite everyday dish.
