Guest post at ArtAligned

I’m pleased to announce today that I have guest posts up at Kate Watson’s ArtAligned blog, inFocus. The first of these posts, “It’s All About You,” went up a week ago. The second, “It’s Not About You,” should be posted today (if it’s not there already).

I had a lot of fun writing these posts. They’re shorter than my usual entries here, and they expand on some of the topics I’ve written about before: internal versus external motivation, experimentation. I’ve been doing lots of thinking lately, about my work and what I need to create it, so these posts come directly out of that thinking. Enjoy!
