Thanks, Rรฉ! I painted it sitting under an umbrella, but rain still dripped into the wet paint and made interesting droplet patterns on the Buddha and in the forest. I could never have made that cool effect on purpose. ๐
Serendipity! Raindrops and watercolors.
Yes! It wasn’t raining too hard, so while I painted, I left my palette out in the open and let it soak in what it would. ๐ It saved me the trouble of wetting all the colors by hand. ๐
