Time flies

Another long, fruitful work day. Morning pages, many annoyingly unproductive phone calls to copy centers before finally ordering business cards online from VistaPrint  ($33 for 250 cards… and $26 of that was rush shipping), registered Etsy seller status and explored the site and seller regulations (and made new banner for the shop), finished one more tote, sewed more of my rug (I’m really getting the hang of the sewing, finally; the rug hangs together very nicely: secure yet flexible), prepped fabrics for five more omiyage pouches (I have decided I will have a total of six to nine of them, in three designs to go on three cake plates), started looking into shipping options for the Etsy shop, and attempted to stretch for five minutes each hour (this mostly worked, and was a good habit to begin… it’s disturbing how quickly time flies by when I’m working). And I just came from life drawing studio, where I felt moved to draw in compressed charcoal for the entire evening,  to very decent effect. I am still improving at figure drawing; I still have no idea how this will fit into my comics-drawing.
