Update

OMG I just got up into sirsasana (headstand) against the wall by myself!!!!!!!!!!

My head’s kind of tired now, though, as is my entire body. ;b Yogis say that if you can stay in headstand for 10 minutes, that can be your practice for the entire day. I’m far from that — I probably came down before 1 minute was up — but I get what they mean. I feel very balanced now. 😀
