i went to my friend lisa’s apt last night for what was supposed to be a sopranos marathon. i’d never seen the show before and was interested in seeing it since i’d heard a lot of good things about it (for one thing, it’s professor litwack’s favorite show). well… instead we all sat around and talked for hours and hours and ate the delicious snacks lisa provided and only watched the one first very episode of sopranos. which, actually, works out perfectly for me because i thought one one-hour episode was enough for one night. so now we’ve got all these plans to get together next weekend for dinner at ying’s, and lisa’s going to bring the second episode and we’ll watch it then.
it was really really fun and i met some other kewl people. and we’re going to do it again next week! 😀
