yesterday i was very odd for a few hours in the afternoon. i was late for class and stalked down the halls of wheeler muttering to myself in three languages (english, french and portuguese). after class i called erik and told him i felt like my body was working but my mind was inhabiting an earthworm, or something equally bizarre.
then we went out to gypsy’s for dinner with ying and by the time she left around midnight i was feeling a little more sane. (just a little.)
oh! exciting news! the october issue of vanity fair magazine, which went on sale yesterday, contains twenty-two pages of information and pictures on the upcoming harry potter movie! the photographs, which are beautiful, are by celebrated photographer annie leibovitz. you can see one of them here (click on the ‘next page’ button to see two more pictures from the article), but if you’re an hp fan, i strongly recommend buying the magazine. by the way, i love the gryffindor quidditch team’s matching jerseys. they look incredibly handsome and comfortable… and i want one!
the movie harry potter and the sorcerer’s stone is due out in the united states on 16 november.
