you know how there are some songs that just give you shivers every time you hear them? carla said once that chico buarque’s vai passar did it for her. well, live’s run to the water is one of those songs that makes me shiver when i hear it. i love that song. whenever i hear it, and other ‘shiver’ songs, i always feel so happy and sad at the same time; it’s really like i’m living a lifetime of memories and thoughts and experiences every time i hear one of those songs.
is it just me? or does this happen to other people too?
