A month has passed since I first started a daily practice of quiet me-time. Here’s a progress report.
This has been one of my most insane months ever, with lots and lots of creative rethinking and an ill kitty to take care of. Fortunately, the kitty is now recovering, and so am I! LOTS of changes are in store!
I take some time for myself today, and it feels good. Setting my intention for the workout transformed the way I viewed it, and I’m thinking of trying the same thing with my work.
I’ve lived through VONA and loved it. I’m very much looking forward to what’s to come from it.
