After posting my Art of Life Handbook and realizing the work section wasn’t as specific as the others, I did some inner exploration and revised that section into a way stronger declaration.
I make a life handbook for myself. It’ll be my personal Constitution, a living document that articulates my internal compass.
After a doozy of an off-week, I start slowly surfacing again. I realize that more than most people, my work is all internally motivated now, so it behooves me to really (and regularly) articulate what’s important to me and what makes me happy.
I modify some of the goals I set at the beginning of this year.
