Guest post, and new sampler

I have a guest post at Making This Home today! I’m delighted with it and so happy to be featured again on Katie’s lovely site. Check it out!

Also, I’ve added a new page to the top menu of this blog (the black horizontal bar under the banner): a sampler. I’ve noticed that many of my favorite blogs feature a short list of selected posts to serve as a concise point of entry for new readers, kind of like a “best of” compilation. If you’re a regular reader you probably won’t find anything new in my sampler, since all the posts are from the past year. But please let me know if there’s a significant post you think I should add to the list!

I tried to do a clothes swap party in the nineties, but I must not have driven the point home well enough because no one really got it. (Or maybe a lot of the fashions were just so icky then!) Your ideas for a kitchen swap, and the foodstuffs swap, make me wish I lived out there! So many great ideas, Lisa– you rock!
